- How much does RaffleHub cost? +
- £59 per month plus 10p per confirmed order. No VAT, no feature tiers and no contract: cancel any time. If you would like us to build your site, done-for-you setup is £795 one-off.
- What does done-for-you setup include? +
- You send your logo, brand colours and business details from your dashboard. We build your site, homepage and pages, then you review it and accept it or ask for changes. If you decide not to accept the finished site, you are entitled to a 70% refund of the setup fee.
- How quickly can I launch? +
- Your site is live on a myrafflehub.co.uk subdomain as soon as you sign up, and you can publish your first competition within the hour. Point your own domain at it whenever you are ready.
- Which payment gateways do you support? +
- Cashflows, including Cashflows accounts shared with another platform, and Paytriot. Ticket payments go straight to your account; RaffleHub never holds your money.
- How are winners drawn? +
- On our servers, from a locked pool of every eligible ticket, paid and postal. The result is stored once and can't be changed. Every draw gets a public page where anyone can re-run it and get the same ticket, using our open-source draw engine.
